Dr. Thomas (Tom) B. Armstrong of Naples, Fla., died peacefully at home at the age of 90 on April 2, 2019. He was born in East Elmhurst, N.Y., on May 5, 1928 to Elizabeth (Bibby) and Harry Armstrong.
