Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters were called to a flat fire on Edgware Road in Colindale last night.

Another video shows the road filled with fire engines and queues of traffic trying to pass the incident. The AA reported Edgware Road as closed both ways from Grove Park to Capitol Way.

Around 40 firefighters in six fire engines were scrambled to the blaze at a semi-detached home in Colin Park Road, Colindale, shortly after 10pm on Saturday.

Firefighters rescued the man from inside a semi-detached house on Colin Park Road, Colindale, just after 22:00 BST on Saturday. He later died at the scene, London Fire Brigade (LFB) said.
