A Fisher Price toy designed for babies and toddlers has been recalled due to a serious risk of causing injury or death by choking.

Due to a choking hazard, Fisher-Price has recalled over 253,000 avocado toast toys, including 4,500 sold in Canada, according to the CPSC.

The recall affects Fisher-Price’s Brunch & Go Stroller Toys, which feature a pretend avocado toast with attached toy pieces.
