NFL Hall of Famer John Elway won’t be charged after his business partner was fatally injured falling out of his golf cart.

In 1981, John Elway was drafted by the New York Yankees with the 52nd overall pick. Elway signed with the Yankees, and batted .318 with the team’s Single-A affiliate.
