The Dynamic Theme App for Windows 11/10, lets you set & automatically change Bing and Spotlight images as background & lock screen dynamically.

Microsoft's Windows 11 Insider Build 22518 adds Voice Access for controlling your PC with your voice. Plus a new "Spotlight" background feature has been added, and Widgets has been reworked.

Windows Spotlight feature is akin to Bing images of the day feature that allows you to set a picture as desktop background and lock screen image & register your vote to see more.
