University of Washington softball legends Sis Bates and Baylee Klingler were at T-Mobile Park on Friday to throw the first pitch and promote the new Athletes Unlimited Softball League.

Washington softball returned only four of its 20 players from its 2024 team. Eight of its top players joined the transfer portal after last season.
