Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Arsenal and Chelsea have agreed on a £52m fee for Noni Madueke. Arteta was keen on the winger, who was also desperate to join the north London club. Madueke had agreed to join Arsenal in the prior days, but Arsenal and Chelsea had different valuations of the player.
