Morgan Tuck has been named general manager of the Sun. Tuck, 30, won four national championships as a player at UConn and played her first four WNBA seasons in Connecticut.

Morgan Tuck has been named general manager of the Connecticut Sun and will replace Darius Taylor, who will become the team’s chief basketball strategist and director of scouting

Morgan Tuck, who won four NCAA titles with the UConn women's basketball team, was promoted to general manager of the WNBA's Connecticut Sun.

The four-time national champion at UConn was drafted by the Sun in 2016. She began working with the team's front office after retiring from basketball in 2021.

On Tuesday, the Connecticut Sun promoted Morgan Tuck to general manager after she’d spend the previous two seasons as an assistant GM. She replaces Darius Taylor, who will move to a new role as Chief Basketball Strategist and Director of Scouting.
