Twelve-year-old Izzy Offett and 24-year-old Wayland Coe are the latest victims lost to gun violence in Indianapolis after a shooting on West 38th Street.

An investigation is underway after one person was killed and another was injured in a shooting on Indy’s west side Saturday morning.
