COLUMBUS, Ohio (WOIO) - Senate bill 56, which would “repeal most of” the current marijuana laws in the state, has passed the Senate in a straight party vote, now awaiting a house vote and Governor signature. SB 56 did see some adjustments just before voting as the potential tax increase was released, to be discussed later with the budget.
