James Spero Panagis, Jr., 46, was sentenced last week to three years supervised probation along with a five-year suspended sentence.

The Shoe is one of three courses at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club, the namesake operation owned by Colonial Williamsburg and adjacent to the museum’s Historic Area.
