Spencer Horwitz drove in the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth inning, and the Pittsburgh Pirates held on for a 2-1 win over the Minnesota Twins on Sunday afternoon in Minneapolis.

The Twins were caught up in an old-fashioned slugfest with the Pirates on Sunday, but fell short 2-1 after Jhoan Duran let up three hits in the ninth inning. Simeon Woods Richardson started on the mound for the Twins.
