You can also disable the spawning of the weather stone through the Traveler mod. AFAIK, there's unfortunately no way at present to disable the Time Portal from spawning, however.

Mod to Disable Into the Future Time Portal Fly-To Title is self-explanatory, I swear I saw something floating out there, but I haven't seen it again. Hate how the camera is dragged away from the user, so any mod that disables the fly-to or the actual spawning itself is appreciated.
