"Daffy Duck and the Dinosaur" (Chuck Jones, 1939) was the sixth cartoon to feature Daffy Duck, the third in color, and the first directed by Chuck Jones. At the time, Jones was new to directing, and his style was much slower paced and more influenced by Disney than the other Warner Bros. directors.
