WATCH: A toddler is seen falling out of an SUV and tumbling onto a busy road in California. Video shows the SUV immediately stopping, nearly causing a crash with the car behind it. A woman is then seen getting out of the SUV, picking up the child and driving away. Police say the toddler's mother was later arrested for felony child abuse after a witness came forward and reported the incident. The toddler was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and is expected to make a full recovery. | Fox N
